What our work has in common
Our projects range from national broadcasts to single VR rides at a brand activation. What they share is one accountable team and a fixed date that can't move.
Live events leave no room for a second attempt. That shapes how we plan, rehearse and staff every project.
National events in VR 360°
With the Government of India and the Government of Rajasthan, we streamed the Republic Day Parade live in VR 360°. Independence Day followed.
Together they are part of more than 100 hours of live 360° VR that Culenz has streamed.
Public XR experiences
The IT Day XR Dome, run with the Government of Rajasthan, welcomed more than 1,00,000 visitors. Culenz designed, equipped and staffed it.
High footfall needs careful visitor-flow planning, reliable hardware and a large trained crew.
Brand activations
For BMW Motorrad, we built a VR ride that let visitors ride the bike without a test-ride fleet. For Audi India, we created a VR experience for a brand activation.
Automotive activations need short, strong experiences that fit a busy stand.
Literature and culture festivals
We brought the Jaipur Literature Festival and Jashn-e-Rekhta to remote audiences in 360°. Viewers could sit in on sessions from anywhere.
Festivals suit 360° because the atmosphere of the venue matters as much as the stage.
Heritage in virtual reality
Our VR experience of the Lotus Temple in New Delhi lets viewers explore the landmark virtually.
Virtual heritage projects open landmarks to people who can't travel to them.
How we publish case studies
We publish a case study only with the client's approval. Numbers appear only when they can be verified and their source is clear.
Some case studies are short for now, while details and results are confirmed with clients.
Case studies on the way
Real estate VR walkthroughs and industrial safety VR training are two areas where new case studies will appear. Each waits for client approval.
Meanwhile, our solution pages explain how these projects are delivered.
Formats behind our work
Our work uses 360° live streaming, XR domes and zones, VR rides, virtual heritage tours and holograms. Each format suits a different audience and goal.
Choosing the right format matters more than choosing the newest technology.
Working with government partners
National and state events bring strict rules on security, approvals and timing. Our teams plan every camera, crew pass and cable run in advance.
That experience helps on any public-sector project, from a parade to a museum.
Working with brands and agencies
Brands and agencies bring us in for the XR part of activations and launches. We work to their brief, brand standards and event schedule.
Clear roles from the start keep the client relationship with the agency where it belongs.
Rehearsal before every live moment
Live broadcasts and events get a full run-through before the day. We test cameras, playback, crowd flow and the venue network.
Rehearsal is the main reason live projects run to plan.
Reuse after the event
Recordings, 3D content and films made for one event can be reused at the next. Planning for reuse lowers the cost of every later use.
A 360° recording can become a museum exhibit, and a VR ride can travel to dealer events.
Comfort and safety at every event
First-time VR users need a calm introduction and comfortable content. We design every experience to avoid motion sickness and test it with new users.
Crews clean headsets between users, follow age guidance and keep sessions short at busy events.
From one-off events to permanent installations
Some projects run for a day, others for years. Event work needs fast setup and a trained crew, while permanent sites need reliable hardware and maintenance.
We plan each project for how long it must run, from the equipment we choose to the support we offer.
What clients receive after a project
Depending on the project, clients receive 360° recordings, edited highlights, visitor or session reports and the final content files. Handover documents list everything delivered.
Permanent installations also get training for staff and an optional maintenance contract.
That way, the value of each project continues after the event ends.
Bringing your project to Culenz
Book a free scoping call and tell us your goal, audience and date. We will recommend one format, explain the trade-offs and send an itemised quote.
If an existing case study is close to your idea, we can show you how it was delivered.
Work across India and the UAE
Our projects run from Jaipur, Secunderabad and Dubai, at venues, plants and sites in both countries.
One producer stays with each project from the first call to the final handover.
