Why a demo comes first
Immersive experiences are hard to judge from slides or videos. A short demo shows you how VR, AR or a hologram actually feels.
It also helps your team agree on the right format before any budget is committed.

Hologram demos help event and sales teams picture the box on their stand or in their lobby.
Real estate teams see walkthroughs and scale models. Training teams try VR safety modules and simulators.
Event teams see holograms, XR zones and 360° streams. Government teams see broadcasts, domes and digital museum concepts.
Bring the person who will approve the project and the person who will use it. A sales head, EHS lead or event manager gives practical feedback.
Their early input saves time later.
Tell us your sector, goal, audience and timeline in the form. Share any drawings, brand assets or references you already have.
The more we know, the closer the demo will be to your project.
We follow up with a recommendation, a dated schedule and an itemised quote. If a simpler option fits your goal, we say so.
There is no obligation to proceed after the demo.
Developers see VR walkthroughs, holographic scale models and PropVista XR. We can show how buyers move from the master plan into a flat.
Bring your sales head, so they can judge how the tools fit your sales process.
EHS and training teams try VR safety modules such as lockout/tagout or confined-space entry. They also see how scores and records appear for supervisors.

Demos can be arranged for several stakeholders at once.
Share your sector, goal, audience and timeline when you book. Mention any devices you already own and files you can share.
That lets us prepare a demo that answers your real questions.
Manufacturers see VR operator training, AR work instructions and digital twin concepts. We show how each one fits a plant's training and planning.
Bring someone from production or maintenance, who can judge the content against real tasks.
We can also show how records reach your training system.
Educators try VR lessons, smart lab dashboards and, for vocational centres, welding or fitter simulators. We explain how lessons map to the syllabus.
Bring a teacher or trainer who will use the lab every day.
Their view of the controls and content is the best test of fit.
Come with one or two real questions, such as how many visitors a station can serve or how a module scores trainees. Specific questions lead to specific answers.
Take turns in the headset, so each person forms their own view.
Afterwards, share your notes with us, and we will reflect them in our recommendation.
Large projects often need several approvers to see the format. We can run a group demo, with time for each person in the headset.
For remote stakeholders, we add a video link that shows the headset view on screen.
That way, everyone reaches the decision with the same information.
Demos are available from our Jaipur studio, our Secunderabad office and our Dubai office. Remote demos work from anywhere.

03 — FAQs
Yes. Demos and the first scoping call are free, with no obligation to proceed. You receive a written recommendation and an itemised quote, so you can decide with full information.
Most demos take under an hour, including time to try each format and discuss your project. Studio visits that cover several formats can take a little longer, depending on your questions.
No. If you have a headset, we can send a build or link. Without one, we show the experience on screen during a video call and explain how it would look in the headset.
For larger projects, we can arrange a demo at your office or venue with portable headsets. Hologram boxes need delivery and setup, so studio visits are usually easier for hologram demos.
