SafeSim Uno VR training platform

SafeSim Uno is Culenz's platform for running VR safety modules and skills simulators across a headset fleet. Trainers assign modules, trainees log in, and every score is recorded and exported to your LMS.

01 — Overview

SafeSim Uno at a glance

SafeSim Uno is Culenz's platform for running VR safety modules and skills simulators across a fleet of headsets. It handles content, devices and records in one place.

Training teams use it to assign modules, manage headsets and see results. That turns VR training into a programme, not a one-off pilot.

It suits plants, construction firms, training institutes and skill programmes in India and Dubai.

02 — What's included

What the platform includes

  • Module library

Assign any of the 15 safety modules or a simulator to a group.

  • Headset fleet

Install, update and monitor headsets from one console.

  • Records

Scores, attempts, time and errors for each trainee.

  • LMS export

Send results to your learning system through xAPI or SCORM.

03 — Key features

SafeSim Uno in depth

  1. 01

    The module library

SafeSim Uno includes the 15 Culenz VR safety modules, from fire extinguishers to H2S. Skills simulators, such as welding, can be added.

Trainers assign modules to groups by role, site or induction stage. Trainees see only what is assigned to them.

  2. 02

    Managing a headset fleet

The console installs, updates and monitors every headset. Trainers see which devices are ready, charging or offline.

New modules and updates reach every headset together. No one needs to set up devices one by one.

  3. 03

    Training records

Every attempt records the trainee, module, score, time and errors. Supervisors see progress for each person and group.

Reports show which steps most trainees get wrong. EHS teams then focus toolbox talks and refresher training there.

  4. 04

    LMS export

Results flow to your learning management system through SCORM or xAPI. Training records stay in the system your organisation already uses.

Spreadsheet exports are also available for audits and funding reports.

  5. 05

Custom modules on the same platform

Culenz builds custom modules around your site, equipment and procedures. They run on SafeSim Uno alongside the standard library.

Trainees see standard and custom modules in one place. Supervisors get one set of records for everything.

  6. 06

    Running training at scale

Large organisations train across several sites, shifts and contractors. SafeSim Uno keeps every location on the same content and records.

Headsets travel easily between sites. Results from every location appear in one dashboard.

  7. 07

Setting up SafeSim Uno at a new site

We start with the modules, groups and trainers for the site. Headsets are set up, enrolled and tested before handover.

Trainers learn to assign modules, run sessions and read reports. Most sites run their first sessions within the first week after setup.

  8. 08

    Contractor and induction training

Contractors and new starters can complete assigned modules before their first shift. Their results show whether they are ready for site work.

Records stay on file, so EHS teams can show who completed induction training and when.

  9. 09

    Multi-site programmes

Companies with several plants use SafeSim Uno to run one training standard everywhere. Every site uses the same modules and scoring.

Head office sees results from every site in one dashboard. That shows where extra support is needed.

  10. 10

    Supporting audits

Auditors often ask for evidence that workers practised high-risk tasks. SafeSim Uno reports show every attempt, score and date.

Reports can be filtered by site, group, module or period. That makes audit preparation faster.

04 — Our process

Our SafeSim Uno delivery process

Every project starts with a free scoping call to agree goals, audience, venue, devices and dates. You then receive a written scope with dated milestones.

We gather your files, build a first draft and review it with you, in the headset or on site. Final content, testing and installation follow.

After launch, our crew runs the experience or hands it over with training. An annual maintenance contract can cover support, repairs and updates.

  1. 01

    Scope

We agree goals, audience, venue, devices and dated milestones, and you sign off the scope.

  2. 02

    Capture and storyboard

We gather plans, photos or scans and build a draft for you to review in the headset or on screen.

  3. 03

    Build

Final models, content and interactions are added and tested on the target device.

  4. 04

    Integrate and rehearse

Hardware is wired in, and the experience is rehearsed at the venue or a mock-up.

  5. 05

    Run and support

Our crew runs it or hands it over, followed by a review and a maintenance plan.

05 — Planning your project

Budget and the right partner

Pricing

SafeSim Uno pricing factors

Cost depends mainly on how much content is custom, the hardware involved and how long the experience runs. On-site crew and travel add to event projects.

Reusing your existing CAD, BIM, footage or brand assets lowers cost. Building from photos or 2D drawings takes more modelling time.

We send an itemised quote after the scoping call. Content, hardware, crew and support are listed separately, so you see what each part costs.

Checklist

Choosing your SafeSim Uno partner

  • Ask to see work the team has delivered, and who will actually build yours. Check that the same people stay on your project from scope to launch.
  • Ask how they test on the real device or venue, and what happens if something fails on the day. A clear answer shows real delivery experience.
  • Finally, ask for an itemised quote and a dated schedule. Vague estimates usually lead to surprises later in the project.

07 — FAQs

Questions buyers often ask

Can we add our own training modules?

Yes. Culenz builds custom modules around your site, equipment and procedures, and adds them to the same platform. Trainees then see standard and custom modules in one place, and supervisors get one set of records.

Does SafeSim Uno work offline?

Modules run on the headsets themselves, so training can continue without a live internet connection. Records sync to the platform when the headsets reconnect, so no results are lost from remote sites or basements.

How many headsets can SafeSim Uno manage?

SafeSim Uno is built for fleets, from a few headsets at one site to larger fleets across many sites. We plan the setup from your sites, trainees and training schedule.

Can trainees log in with their employee ID?

Yes. Trainees can log in with an employee or trainee ID, so every result links to the right person. Login options are agreed during setup to match your LMS and HR records.
