Culenz platforms in depth

Why Culenz built platforms

Some requests come up again and again: holograms for lobbies, VR for real estate sales, safety training fleets and 360° broadcasts. Building each from scratch wastes time and budget.

Our four platforms package that repeated work into products. The core software exists, so only your content is new.

That usually means a faster start and a lower cost than a fully custom project.

HoloStage 98 for life-size holograms

HoloStage 98 combines a 98-inch hologram display with scheduled playback and remote updates. It suits lobbies, sales galleries and experience centres.

Content plays from opening to closing time without staff. New content is pushed to the box without a site visit.

PropVista XR for real estate sales

PropVista XR brings the master plan, live inventory and VR walkthroughs into one sales tool. Buyers move from the whole project to a single flat.

Sales teams use it in the gallery, at expos and on calls with overseas buyers.

SafeSim Uno for training fleets

SafeSim Uno runs VR safety modules and skills simulators across a headset fleet. Trainers assign modules, and every score is recorded.

Results export to your LMS through SCORM or xAPI. Supervisors see who has trained and who needs a refresher.

LiveCast 360 for live broadcasts

LiveCast 360 packages cameras, live stitching, encoding and distribution for 360° broadcasts. It is built on the approach behind our national event streams.

One booking covers the crew and equipment. Viewers watch on phones, browsers or VR headsets.

Platform or custom project

Choose a platform when your needs match what it does. Choose a custom project when your experience needs features no platform offers.

Many clients start with a platform and add custom features later. On a scoping call, we tell you which route fits.

Content for each platform

Every platform runs your own content. We produce it, from hologram films and VR walkthroughs to training scenarios.

Your team can update some content directly, such as playlists or inventory. Larger changes are handled by our studio.

Support and maintenance

Platforms come with support, updates and an optional annual maintenance contract. Hardware can be supplied and maintained by Culenz.

Updates add features over time. Your installation improves without a new project.

How platforms are priced

Platform pricing combines a setup fee, your content and an optional annual support plan. Hardware is quoted separately, or you can use your own where suitable.

Because the core software exists, setup is faster than a custom build. You pay mainly for the content that makes it yours.

Hardware supplied with platforms

Culenz can supply hologram boxes, VR headsets, screens and camera kits with each platform. Everything is tested together before delivery.

Supplied hardware is covered by the same support plan as the software. One contact handles every fault.

Platforms for government buyers

Government departments and public institutions can procure platforms with fixed deliverables, documentation and maintenance. That suits tender-based buying.

SafeSim Uno suits skill and safety programmes, while LiveCast 360 suits public events. HoloStage 98 suits museums and visitor centres.

Choosing between platforms

Start with your goal. Selling property points to PropVista XR, and training a workforce points to SafeSim Uno.

Reaching a remote audience points to LiveCast 360, while greeting visitors in a permanent space points to HoloStage 98.

Some clients use two platforms together, such as PropVista XR and HoloStage 98 in one sales gallery.

Platforms and custom work together

A platform can sit at the centre of a larger custom project. A sales gallery might run PropVista XR beside a custom scale model and a HoloStage 98 presenter.

One Culenz team plans the platform and the custom work together, so everything looks and works as one experience.

Platform roadmap

We improve each platform from what clients ask for most. New features reach existing installations through updates.

Clients on a support plan get those updates as part of the plan, without a new project.

Training your team on a platform

Every platform handover includes training for the people who will run it. Sessions cover daily use, simple content changes and fault reporting.

Guides and short videos help new staff learn later. Refresher sessions can be booked any time.

Extending a platform

When you need a feature no platform offers, we can add it as a custom extension. It runs alongside the standard features.

Extensions are scoped and quoted separately, so the core platform stays stable and supported.

Platforms across India and the UAE

Culenz is a virtual reality company with its headquarters in Jaipur and offices in Secunderabad and Dubai. Our platforms run for clients in both countries.

One team handles setup, content, training and support. You deal with one contact throughout.

04 — FAQs

Common questions

Is a platform cheaper than a custom project?

Usually, because the core software already exists and only your content is new. A custom project makes sense when your needs don't fit a platform. On a scoping call, we tell you which applies to your project.

Can we try a Culenz platform before buying?

Yes. Book a free demo to see HoloStage 98, PropVista XR, SafeSim Uno or LiveCast 360 running with sample content. We can also show content similar to yours, so you judge the platform against your own project.

Do platforms need special hardware?

HoloStage 98 includes its display, and SafeSim Uno runs on standalone VR headsets. PropVista XR runs on headsets, screens and browsers, while LiveCast 360 uses our camera kit. We confirm the hardware during scoping.

Can platforms be branded with our identity?

Yes. Interfaces, intros and content carry your brand, colours and logo. Visitors and trainees see your organisation, while the Culenz platform runs quietly behind it, with updates handled by our team.

Who updates the content on a platform?

Simple updates, such as playlists or unit availability, can be made by your team. New films, walkthroughs or modules are produced by our studio and pushed to the platform for you, usually without any site visit.
