What LiveCast 360 includes

LiveCast 360 is Culenz's package for 360° live broadcasts. One booking covers cameras, live stitching, encoding, distribution and crew.

It packages the approach behind more than 100 hours of live 360° streams, including the Republic Day Parade.

Events book one service instead of coordinating several vendors.

Multi-camera 360° coverage

Several 360° cameras cover the event from different positions. A director switches between them live, like a TV broadcast.

Viewers get the best view of each moment while still looking around freely.

Live stitching and encoding

Each camera's lens feeds are stitched into one sphere in real time. The stitched feed is encoded for streaming.

Our crew monitors quality throughout the event. Problems are caught and fixed before viewers notice.

Distribution to every screen

Streams go to YouTube 360°, VR headsets or your own branded player. Viewers watch on phones, browsers or headsets.

A branded player keeps viewers on your website. YouTube reaches the widest audience.

Graphics and branding

Titles, logos and captions are added to the 360° feed. They stay readable as viewers look around.

Sponsors and partners can be credited on screen. Graphics are placed so they don't block the main action.

Rehearsal and connectivity

360° streams need high upload bandwidth. We test the venue's uplink well before the event.

A full rehearsal checks every camera, stitch and stream. Backup connections are planned where possible.

Events that suit LiveCast 360

National ceremonies, parades, festivals, concerts, conferences and product launches all suit LiveCast 360.

Any event with a large audience that can't attend in person benefits from a virtual seat at the event.

Crew and roles on the day

A LiveCast 360 crew includes camera operators, a stitching and encoding engineer and a director. A producer coordinates with your event team.

Everyone rehearses together before the event. On the day, each person knows their role and backup plan.

Government and national events

National events need security clearance, strict timing and reliable delivery. LiveCast 360 is built on our experience streaming the Republic Day Parade and Independence Day.

We plan camera positions with event authorities and follow every security rule on site.

Festivals, concerts and sport

Festivals and concerts reach fans who can't travel, with a front-row 360° view of the stage. Sports events can place viewers beside the track or field.

Sponsors gain extra visibility through graphics and branded players.

Watching in VR headsets

Viewers with headsets get the most immersive experience, as if they were standing at the camera position. They turn their heads to look around.

Headset viewing suits VR zones at other venues. A remote audience can watch the event together in a hall.

How your LiveCast 360 project runs

Every project starts with a free scoping call to agree goals, audience, venue, devices and dates. You then receive a written scope with dated milestones.

We gather your files, build a first draft and review it with you, in the headset or on site where possible. Final content, testing and installation follow.

After launch, our crew runs the experience or hands it over with training. An annual maintenance contract can cover support, repairs and updates.

What drives the cost of your LiveCast 360 project

Cost depends mainly on how much content is custom, the hardware involved and how long the experience runs. On-site crew and travel add to event projects.

Reusing your existing CAD, BIM, footage or brand assets lowers cost. Building from photos or 2D drawings takes more modelling time.

We send an itemised quote after the scoping call. Content, hardware, crew and support are listed separately, so you see what each part costs.

Questions to ask before choosing a LiveCast 360 partner

Ask to see work the team has delivered, and who will actually build yours. Check that the same people stay on your project from scope to launch.

Ask how they test on the real device or venue, and what happens if something fails on the day. A clear answer shows real delivery experience.

Finally, ask for an itemised quote and a dated schedule. Vague estimates usually lead to surprises later in the project.

03 — FAQs

Common questions

What internet speed does a 360° live stream need?

360° streams need far more upload bandwidth than flat video, because the whole sphere is sent at high resolution. YouTube's guidance for 4K live streams lists bitrates in the tens of megabits per second. We test the venue's uplink well before the event.

How is LiveCast 360 different from a normal live stream?

A normal stream shows one camera angle chosen by the director. LiveCast 360 lets each viewer look in any direction, so they feel present at the event. Multi-camera switching adds the best positions for each moment.

Can LiveCast 360 stream to several platforms at once?

Yes. The same 360° feed can go to YouTube, a branded website player and VR headsets at the same time. We plan the distribution targets and the bandwidth they need during scoping and the venue survey.

Do we receive a recording after the event?

Yes. You receive the full 360° recording to publish or reuse. Highlights can be edited for social media and your website, or turned into VR experiences for exhibitions and museums.

How far ahead should we book LiveCast 360?

Book once your event date and venue are fixed. Camera planning, venue surveys and connectivity tests take time. Large or outdoor events also need security clearance, accreditation and several camera positions.
