Process

Five stages, each with a sign-off before the next begins.

You see the work in the headset at every stage. Nothing moves forward until you approve it.

  1. 01

    Scope the experience

You sign off the scope, target devices and dated milestones

You receive: Scope document with a fixed list of deliverables

  2. 02

    Capture and storyboard

You review a rough 3D draft in the headset before detailed work starts

You receive: Approved storyboard and greybox scenes

  3. 03

    Build in real time

The build holds the headset's refresh rate in on-device tests

You receive: Test build installed on your own devices

  4. 04

    Integrate and rehearse

A full run-through at the venue or a matching mock-up

    You receive: Signed acceptance checklist

  5. 05

    Run and support

A post-event review with your team

You receive: Footfall or usage report and a maintenance plan

01 — Why projects fail

Where immersive projects usually fail, and what we do instead.

Most failures are predictable. They come from how a project is planned and tested, not from the headset.

The common approach

Pre-rendered walkthrough videos

The hidden risk

Buyers can't move or look around, so they still ask for a site visit.

The Culenz standard

Real-time builds in Unity or Unreal Engine. Buyers walk each room, turn and switch finishes.

The common approach

Testing only on a powerful office PC

The hidden risk

Frame rate drops on the real headset, and users start to feel motion sickness.

The Culenz standard

We test every build on the target headset and cut detail until frames hold its refresh rate.

The common approach

Separate vendors for content, hardware and crew

The hidden risk

Failures fall between contracts, and nobody owns the show day.

The Culenz standard

One Culenz team owns the content, the hardware and the on-site crew, from concept to delivery.

The common approach

Treating a live stream as a one-off

The hidden risk

Venue networks and camera positions get tested for the first time on the day.

The Culenz standard

We rehearse camera positions and the stream at the venue before going live.

02 — Case studies

Three projects: the problem, what we built, and the result.

  • Government360° Live

Republic Day Parade, live in VR 360°

With the Government of India and the Government of Rajasthan

    Baseline
Only people on the parade route see the Republic Day Parade in person. Everyone else watches one fixed TV angle.
    What we built
Culenz streamed the parade live in VR 360°, so viewers could choose where to look on a phone, browser or headset.
    Outcome
Part of more than 100 hours of live 360° VR, which also include Independence Day.
  • GovernmentXR Dome

    IT Day XR Dome

    IT Day, Government of Rajasthan

    Baseline
A typical expo stall reaches only the visitors who stop at it, for a minute or two.
    What we built
An immersive XR dome at IT Day, designed, equipped and staffed by a Culenz crew for the full event.
    Outcome
More than 1,00,000 visitors experienced the dome.
  • AutomotiveVR

    BMW Motorrad VR ride

    BMW Motorrad

    Baseline
A real test ride needs a bike, a licence, insurance and good weather, which limits how many visitors can ride.
    What we built
A VR ride experience for BMW Motorrad, so visitors could ride the bike in VR without any of those limits.

04 — Our story

History of Culenz

From an idea in 2016 to offices in three cities, year by year.

  1. 2016 Idea

    The idea

Culenz starts as an idea: let people step inside places, products and stories before they are built.

  2. 2017 Research

    Research

We study VR, AR and 360° technology, and what businesses and audiences in India need from it.

  3. 2018 Execute

    Execution

We build our first experiences and test them with real users before taking them to clients.

  4. 2019 Launch

    Launch

Culenz launches in Jaipur and takes on its first public projects.

  5. 2020 National stage

    Republic Day 2020

We broadcast the Republic Day Parade live in VR from Rajpath, presented as a first for India.

  6. 2023 Scale

    IT Day 2023, Rajasthan

Our XR dome brought 22 immersive experiences to IT Day 2023, drawing about 1,00,000 visitors.

  7. 2026 Today

    Three offices, one team

Culenz works from Jaipur, Secunderabad and Dubai, with more than 100 hours of live 360° streaming delivered.

Founder's note

ARVR360° live

Dream with your eyes open.

We build a world where the boundary between imagination and reality no longer exists.

We started Culenz in Jaipur with one clear mission. We wanted every organisation to step inside its own story.

Flat screens always keep your audience at a distance. Immersive technology puts them right inside the moment.

We do not hedge on what we can build. We have broadcast India's Republic Day Parade in live 360° for the Government of India.

We have built thrilling virtual rides for BMW Motorrad and Audi India. From Doordarshan and the Government of Rajasthan to Jaipur Literature Festival and Jashn-e-Rekhta, India's best institutions trust us.

It takes just a moment for magic to happen. Our team takes end-to-end ownership from your first demo to final delivery. You name it, we have probably done it.

What you measure

Site-visit-to-booking rate, time to sell a tower

Requirement we design for

A tender-ready scope, fixed deliverables and a documented handover.

06 — Choosing a model

Turnkey, rental, in-house or off-the-shelf: an honest comparison.

We are not the right choice for every project. Use this table to decide, then ask us for exact costs and dates.

  • Culenz turnkey project

Best when: You need a finished experience for a launch, gallery or event.

    Not right when
Your requirements will change every month.

How we engineer

  • One team, end to end

The same team scopes, builds, installs and runs each project.

  • Tested on the real device

Every build is profiled on the headset or hologram box it will run on.

  • Reviewed in the headset

You approve scale and layout in VR before detailed work begins.

  • Rehearsed before go-live

Live broadcasts and events get a full run-through first.

Commitments

    08 — FAQs

Questions buyers ask before they call.

What does virtual reality software development cost in India?

VR cost depends on three things: how much 3D content you need, how interactive it is, and which devices it runs on. A short 360° tour costs far less than an interactive training simulator. Culenz quotes each project after a free scoping call, with content, hardware and support priced separately.

How long does an enterprise VR project take?

Enterprise VR timelines depend mostly on the 3D content, not the code. A project built from finished CAD or BIM files moves faster than one modelled from scratch. After a scoping call, Culenz gives you a dated schedule, with a review in the headset at every stage.

Augmented reality vs virtual reality: which does my project need?

Choose virtual reality when users should be fully inside a place that doesn't exist yet, such as an unbuilt flat. Choose augmented reality when digital objects should appear over the real world, such as a product in a showroom. Mixed reality blends both on headsets with passthrough cameras.

Which VR headset should an enterprise use?

Most enterprise projects use standalone headsets such as Meta Quest 3, because they need no PC or cables. Choose PC VR when you need maximum visual detail at a fixed station. Compare refresh rate, field of view and tracking, and plan for cleaning, charging and device management.

How do you prevent VR motion sickness?

Motion sickness happens when what users see doesn't match what their inner ear feels. We prevent it by holding the headset's full refresh rate and never moving the camera without the user's input. Users move by teleporting or by physically walking, and first-time sessions stay short.

Does Culenz deliver VR and hologram projects in Dubai?

Yes, Culenz has an office at API World Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, serving clients across the UAE. Content and hologram programming are built with our teams in Jaipur and Secunderabad. Our crew then installs, runs and supports every project on site, wherever it is in the UAE.
