Working at Culenz
Culenz builds immersive experiences used at national events, government programmes and brand launches. Our work is seen by large audiences, often live.
That brings real responsibility and real pride. The team sees its work in use, not just in a demo.
Developers
We hire Unity, Unreal Engine, WebXR and AI developers. Developers build VR apps, AR experiences, simulators and streamed 3D.
Good candidates care about performance and comfort and test on real devices. Experience shipping a project matters more than a long list of tools.
3D artists
3D artists model, texture, light and optimise content for real-time engines. Their work must look good and run smoothly on headsets and phones.
A portfolio showing real-time work is the best way to apply.
Producers
Producers run projects from scope to show day. They manage clients, schedules, budgets and the team.
Strong communication and calm under pressure matter most, especially on live events.
On-site crew
On-site technicians set up and run headsets, hologram boxes, projectors and 360° cameras at events. They guide visitors and solve problems on the spot.
The role suits people who enjoy events, travel and technology.
How we hire
Applications are reviewed against the role's needs. Shortlisted candidates have a conversation with the team, and technical roles may include a short task.
We look for skill, reliability and care for the people who will use our work.
Learning on the job
XR changes quickly, with new devices and engine versions every year. Team members learn by working on real projects and sharing what they find.
Live events and government projects teach planning, rehearsal and teamwork faster than any course.
Where we work
Our headquarters is in Mansarovar, Jaipur, with an office in Secunderabad and one in Dubai. Event crew travel to venues across India and the UAE.
Tell us which office suits you when you apply.
Applying
Email info@culenz.com with your CV and a link to your portfolio or code samples. Mention the role you want and which office suits you.
Short, clear applications with real work samples stand out.
What a typical week looks like
Developers and artists work on builds, reviews and testing on real devices. Producers run client calls, schedules and rehearsals.
Before a live event, the whole team focuses on rehearsal, packing and checks. After it, a short review captures what to improve.
Working on live events
Live events are fixed-date and high-pressure. Crew members learn to plan carefully, rehearse fully and stay calm when something unexpected happens.
Many team members say live events are where they learn the most, and the work is seen by large audiences.
Teamwork across offices
Teams in Jaipur, Secunderabad and Dubai work together on shared projects. Clear handovers and shared tools keep work moving between cities.
Crew members often travel together to installations and events.
Skills that help in any role
Clear communication, reliable delivery and care for the end user matter in every role. Curiosity about new devices and tools helps too.
Comfort and accessibility are part of every project, so empathy for first-time users is a real skill here.
Tools we use
Developers work in Unity, Unreal Engine and web 3D libraries such as three.js. Artists use standard 3D tools and real-time engines.
Teams use source control, task trackers and shared review tools. Live crews use 360° cameras, hologram boxes, projectors and headsets.
Equal opportunity
Culenz welcomes applications from people of every background. We judge applications on skill, work samples and fit for the role.
If you need any adjustment during the hiring process, tell us when you apply.
Growing with the company
As Culenz takes on larger projects, team members take on larger roles. Developers lead builds, crew members lead installations and producers lead bigger accounts.
Growth comes from delivering well on real projects and helping others do the same.
We review roles and responsibilities as the team and its work grow.
What we expect from everyone
We expect people to test their work, tell the truth about problems and help teammates under pressure. Those habits matter more than any single skill.
Every project carries the Culenz name in front of clients and large audiences.
We look for people who take that seriously and enjoy it.
Safety and wellbeing at work
Event crews work long days and handle heavy equipment, so safe lifting, rest breaks and clear roles are part of every plan.
Developers and artists spend long hours in headsets during testing, so we encourage regular breaks.
Looking after the team is part of delivering good work.
